Gesunde Beziehungen und Vertrauen zwischen Teammitgliedern und F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4ften sind die Grundlage daf\u00fcr, dass Dinge erledigt werden k\u00f6nnen. Um das zu erreichen, f\u00fchre ich Gespr\u00e4che, um herauszufinden, was das Team braucht und was ge\u00e4ndert werden muss. Schritt f\u00fcr Schritt bauen wir Frustrationen ab und vereinfachen Prozesse. Wir st\u00e4rken den Teamgeist, erzielen bessere Ergebnisse und haben dabei auch noch Spa\u00df!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Was ihr bekommt<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-green-cyan-color\">KLARHEIT SCHAFFEN<\/mark><\/strong><br>Die meisten Mitarbeiter:innen wissen sehr gut, was fehlt, wenn es nicht vorangeht. Oft sind es die Klarheit \u00fcber Rollen und Verantwortlichkeiten und gute Kommunikationswege, gerade bei verteilten Teams. Wer macht was wann und wie erfahren die anderen davon? Ich erarbeite die L\u00f6sungen, die zu den Menschen im Team oder der Abteilung passen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\"><strong>STEIGERUNG DER EFFEKTIVIT\u00c4T<\/strong><\/mark><br>Offene Gespr\u00e4che schaffen Vertrauen, und das wiederum macht Teams produktiver. Ich ermutige die Menschen, ihre Meinung zu sagen, alte Muster zu hinterfragen und einfachere und effektivere Arbeitsmethoden zu entwickeln. Kurze fokussierte Meetings mit Agenda, nach denen alle Aufgaben klar und dokumentiert sind &#8211; ja, bitte!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-luminous-vivid-amber-color\"><strong>FREUDE BEIMISCHEN<\/strong><\/mark><br>Ich glaube nicht, dass die Arbeit immer so ernst sein muss. Ein wenig Lachen hilft den Menschen, sich zu entspannen, besser miteinander in Kontakt zu kommen und ist ein enormer Moralschub.
